Martha embarked on her real estate journey in 1996, during a robust market for real estate-owned (REO) properties. She began as an assistant to her aunt, a key mentor, and quickly established herself as a top producer in the field. After obtaining her agent license in 1999, she became a licensed broker in 2007. To stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry, Martha has pursued numerous credentials, including certifications in social media and email marketing, as well as the National Association of Realtors® e-PRO® designation. Her leadership experience includes serving as a former chapter president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and she has a keen understanding of the challenges faced by new agents, drawn from her time as a branch manager trainer and recruiter at a leading brokerage firm.

As a single mother for many years, Martha's resolve to succeed as an entrepreneur for the benefit of her three sons has borne fruit; they have all matured into diligent and admirable young men. Guided by a spiritual ethos in both her professional and personal life, Martha actively volunteers at Palmdale Vineyard Church and serves as the social media director for Business Women of God, an organization that supports women in achieving spiritually-centered business aspirations. Since her diagnosis with thyroid eye disease in 2018, she has utilized social media to share her journey, aiming to assist others facing similar challenges. Outside of her professional commitments, Martha enjoys a variety of activities, including sports, cooking, traveling, and outdoor adventures such as camping.
