About Marty Johnson

Marty's lifelong passion for horses began in her youth, where she actively participated in American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) competitions, excelling in the All Around event. Her early experiences instilled in her a strong sense of patience and perseverance, leading her to discover her innate talent for horse training. While still in high school, she secured her first position as a horse trainer. After graduating, she chose to remain at home to continue her training career while pursuing a degree in Business Agriculture and Economics at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, where she also earned a certification in Farm & Ranch Appraisals.

Following her graduation, Marty dedicated herself to full-time horse training, quickly establishing a successful career in the industry. She found immense fulfillment in nurturing young horses and witnessing their transformation into top competitors.

After a rewarding tenure in horse training, Marty shifted her focus to real estate, specializing in appraisals and brokerage. Her extensive experience in the appraisal sector provided her with a deep understanding of the housing market, enabling her to assist sellers in maximizing their profits through thorough analysis of comparable properties.
