Marty Leatherman is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep-rooted connection to Chico and Butte County. After completing high school in Santa Barbara, he served honorably in the U.S. Navy (VA 195), gaining valuable experience on two flight decks.

Marty earned his degree in Information Communication Studies from California State University, Chico, in 1985. He obtained his real estate license in 1994 and has dedicated his career to serving the Chico community ever since. In recognition of his commitment to military families, he achieved the Military Relocation Professional credential in 2014. His contributions to the field were further acknowledged when he received the Sierra North Valley Realtor of the Year award in 2016.

Currently a Broker/Associate, Marty is in his fifth year on the Board of Directors for the Sierra North Valley Realtors, previously known as the Chico Board of Realtors. He also brings over 25 years of experience in fundraising and currently chairs the SNVR Charitable Giving Committee.

Marty is a proud father of two, Collin and Sierra, both of whom graduated from Chico High School and pursued their degrees at California universities. With decades of experience in the area, he is well-equipped to assist clients with their real estate needs.
