About Mary Lintermann

Mary Lintermann has a passion for all thing’s real estate Throughout the chapters of her career she's owned developed designed constructed invested managed and sold a variety of real estate properties It's even in her genes as her grandfather was a NYC Architect and AIA Fellow

Mary grew up in the New York metro area She attended Bucknell University receiving a degree in Structural Engineering Mary met her husband while working for a large engineering firm near New York City where her career had evolved from engineering to doing strategic planning for the parent company During the return flight from their honeymoon her husband proposed moving to Stowe Vermont as he had always enjoyed skiing there as a child Within a few months they left for Stowe

Vermont held wonderful "road less traveled" chapters In addition to developing designing and building over a dozen premier single-family homes in Stowe Mary was a vice president of business development for a large multi-state commercial construction firm while her husband owned an engineering and a small construction firm Upon ending her commercial construction career Mary chose to 'complete the circle' and finally sell residential real estate in Stowe

Mary served on dozens of local and statewide boards while in Vermont including several governor-appointed boards that focused on economic development and entrepreneurship She enjoyed the small scale of Vermont and the fact that one person can make a big difference

In addition to skiing and many other outdoor activities Mary learned to sail while living in Vermont With their last sailboat based in Jamestown RI Mary's coastal sailing adventures included racing their boat to Bermuda

Mary and her husband moved full time to Vero Beach in 2017 after renting here for several years to be near her aging parents They renovated their home and recently completed a 1031 exchange for another Vero Beach property These projects inspired Mary to resume her real estate sales career 'chapter'

Enjoying an active lifestyle Mary is rekindling past interests such as golf tennis and biking and taking advantage of Vero Beach's many amenities now that her free time is no longer consumed by coastal sailing The wonderful resource of the Vero Beach Museum of Art has inspired Mary to further explore drawing and painting so she has recently added that to her long list of interests and activities Valuing volunteerism and giving back she hopes to use her skills to support and improve the many worthwhile organizations serving Vero Beach and beyond “Like Stowe Vero Beach is a resort town with a wonderful sense of community and generosity ”

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Indian River County, Florida, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, and insurance providers use it to put their offers directly in front of licensed professionals who close deals every day. Continuing education providers and real estate recruiters rely on it to fill courses and attract experienced agents who are actively practicing in the market.

When you buy Indian River County real estate agent email list data from Dr Bill, you get {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also include a cell phone number. That means your campaign reaches real professionals, not outdated contacts from a generic database scraped years ago and never touched since.

Why Buy a Indian River County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list originates directly from the Florida state real estate licensing board, so you are not guessing about whether these agents are real or currently licensed. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire dataset is rebuilt from scratch bi-annually. That process backs the 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap list vendors simply cannot offer because they do not invest in ongoing maintenance.

Dr Bill has been in the data business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists. That track record matters when you are planning a cold email campaign through platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) or similar cold-email tools. A high-quality, deliverable list protects your sender reputation and keeps your campaigns out of spam folders where low-quality lists inevitably land.

How to Use This Indian River County Agent List

The most direct use is cold email outreach through a dedicated sending platform. Zap Contact handles cold campaigns cleanly and pairs well with this list format. Beyond email, the same data works for direct mail, ringless voicemail drops to cell numbers, and LinkedIn audience matching to extend your reach across channels without buying a separate list for each one.

You can also segment by license type, targeting broker-owners separately from sales agents when your offer is relevant to one group and not the other. Brokers respond to different value propositions than individual agents, and this list gives you the flexibility to split your messaging accordingly rather than sending one generic pitch to everyone.

Why Indian River County, Florida Agent Data Matters

Indian River County includes Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fellsmere, and Orchid — distinct communities with active agent populations that respond better to locally targeted outreach than to a statewide blast that ignores where they actually work. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents operating across this county, there is a focused, reachable audience worth addressing directly.

No other vendor offers segmentation down to the zip code level within Indian River County. That precision lets you align your campaign territory with your own service area, your sales rep coverage map, or your licensing jurisdiction without paying for contacts outside your market.
