Pat Williams embarked on her real estate journey in 1982 while residing in Southern California. In 1983, she relocated to Mendocino County, where she established a long-standing career in real estate sales. As a devoted mother, she raised two remarkable children who are a source of pride for her. Her daughter, also a Realtor based in Healdsburg, frequently collaborates with Pat on various listings, while her son pursues a career as an engineer in Southern California.

With a diverse background that includes property management, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, bookkeeping, and residential and land listings, Pat is a licensed mortgage broker, making her a comprehensive resource for her clients. Currently, she resides in Healdsburg and has joined COMPASS as a Broker-Associate, operating from their new office located at 109 Mill Street in Downtown Healdsburg.

She enjoys cycling throughout the North Bay and has been involved for many years with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training, raising funds to support blood cancer research. In her leisure time, Pat loves swimming, traveling, exploring new dining experiences, and appreciating the natural beauty of the region.
