About Mary Fraser

RELATIONSHIPS MATTER

A successful real estate transaction is the culmination of a process with lots of different players and moving parts I’m here to help home buyers and sellers strategically navigate the Sandpoint area’s real estate scene but I’m all about having some fun along the way -- sharing my love of community and all the area has to offer

I'M FOCUSED ON ACHIEVING POSITIVE RESULTS

Although it was the amazing natural beauty that first attracted me to Sandpoint in 1990 it was the friendly community-minded people I met who made me want to stay After making annual visits for a couple of decades my dream of living here came to be Now I enjoy helping others realize the exceptional quality of life North Idaho offers

As a full-time agent helping clients navigate the process of buying and selling real estate is a responsibility I take seriously Always keeping their interests at the forefront is “a given ” Good communication is key to our success so I’m concentrated on careful listening following through and keeping you informed every step of the way I value knowledge hard work and integrity and these qualities are at the heart of my approach to customer service

From start to finish I’m dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for those who place their confidence in me Whether you’re exploring the Sandpoint area as a place to live or you have deep roots in North Idaho I’d like to get acquainted and help you achieve your real estate goals

MY BACKGROUND

As a young professional my real estate career began as a residential appraiser in suburban Chicago My love for the American West drew me from Illinois to Salt Lake City where I “switched gears” and put my college degree in communication and business to use

In Salt Lake City I had a blast working in marketing for a dynamic entertainment company promoting concerts and Broadway touring productions throughout North America I transitioned to management at an NPR affiliate public radio station where for 10+ years I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with talented people and connecting with the community From there I had the good fortune to serve as the Natural History Museum of Utah’s Development Director during the organization’s transition to its new home – a 100+ million dollar world-class science center

Having long ago fallen in love with Sandpoint I knew I wanted to raise my son in its easy-going small town atmosphere I left my good job in Salt Lake sold my house and moved into a log home outside of town I haven’t looked back

After taking some time to focus on family I returned to real estate – this time on the sales side I enjoy putting my knowledge and experience to work helping people achieve their real estate goals My years in the non-profit sector have influenced my business values and I make it a point to support causes that make the Sandpoint community a better place to live

If you need to reach working real estate agents in northern Idaho, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance providers, PropTech platforms, continuing education providers, and recruiters all buy Bonner County real estate agent email list data to run outreach campaigns that actually land in front of decision-makers. These are licensed, active professionals who close deals, refer clients, and make purchasing decisions every week.

Whether you are pitching a new loan product, offering E&O coverage, launching a SaaS tool for agents, or recruiting for a growing brokerage, cold outreach only works when your list is accurate. Generic B2B databases recycle stale contacts and leave you burning sender reputation on dead addresses. This list gives you {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified agents in Bonner County with confirmed email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} records that include direct cell phone numbers for multichannel campaigns.

Why Buy a Bonner County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record is sourced directly from the Idaho Real Estate Commission licensing database, which means you are starting with agents who are confirmed active and legally authorized to practice. The list is cleaned monthly to remove bounces, license expirations, and bad addresses, new emails are added weekly as agents enter the market, and the entire dataset is rebuilt from scratch twice per year. That maintenance cycle backs the 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap list vendors cannot offer because they are reselling data that has not been touched in years.

Dr Bill has been selling real estate agent email lists since 2005 and has delivered over 31,000 lists to marketers, lenders, and vendors across the country. That track record matters when you are evaluating a data source. The list is available at the state, county, city, and zip code level, and no other vendor segments Bonner County data down to individual zip codes within the county — giving you precision that statewide blasts simply cannot match.

How to Use This Bonner County Agent List

The most common use case is direct email outreach through a cold-email platform. Tools like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) are purpose-built for this workflow, letting you load the list, set up automated sequences, and track opens and replies without risking your primary domain. The cell phone records also support SMS campaigns and ringless voicemail drops for vendors who want to stack channels.

Beyond email, the data supports direct mail, LinkedIn audience matching, and CRM uploads for longer sales cycles. You can also segment the list by license type — separating broker-owners from sales agents — to tailor your message and offer to the right authority level within each office.

Why Bonner County, Idaho Agent Data Matters

Bonner County covers a distinct market anchored by Sandpoint, along with communities like Ponderay, Priest River, and Oldtown. Agents working this market are not the same contacts you will find in a Boise or Ada County pull. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} active licensed agents operating specifically in Bonner County, you are reaching professionals whose clients, referral networks, and vendor relationships are all concentrated in this region.

Local targeting outperforms statewide blasts because relevance drives response. An agent in Sandpoint does not have the same priorities as an agent in the Treasure Valley, and messaging that acknowledges their specific market will always convert better than a generic Idaho-wide email. Buying at the county or zip code level lets you test markets, personalize copy, and avoid wasting sends on agents outside your service area.
