About Matt Bauscher

Matt is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Treasure Valley, where he lives in Boise with his wife, Lindsay, and their two children, Nyia and Braylen. A graduate of Vallivue High School in Caldwell, Matt went on to earn his degree from Boise State University in 2008, where he distinguished himself as a basketball player. As team captain, he played a pivotal role in leading the Broncos to a championship victory that same year, earning accolades such as All-Conference Defensive Team and All-Tournament Team honors.

Following his collegiate career, Matt spent six years in Europe playing professional basketball, where he achieved significant milestones, including two Player of the Year awards and a national championship in the Netherlands in 2010. He also played in Germany's top league (BBL) during the 2011-2012 season, where he was recognized as team captain and MVP. He furthered his education by obtaining a master's degree from Concordia University.
