About Matthew Thomas

Matthew Thomas, a Florida native, relocated to Gainesville in 2005 to embark on a real estate career alongside his father, John Thomas. Shortly after his arrival, he met Tiffany, and they were married the following year.

Together, Matt and Tiffany have dedicated themselves to helping families find their homes in Gainesville. In January 2012, recognizing a gap in the market for a boutique real estate firm, Matt and Tiffany founded Thomas Group Realty. As Broker-Owners, they transformed the company into a family-oriented business, welcoming John Thomas, as well as Tiffany’s mother and brother, Lore and Eric Davis, into the fold.
