About Matthew McGuire

Matt McGuire's passion for real estate design and architecture began in his formative years. As a child, he would eagerly explore his neighborhood on his bicycle, seeking out open houses to visit. His parents often discovered later that he had engaged with agents, asking numerous questions about the homes.

He pursued this early interest academically, earning a degree in architecture from the University of Kansas. His professional journey took him to Europe, where he interned with an architect in Paris, further enriching his understanding of design. Matt's connection to the 30A corridor developed through hands-on experience in designing and managing custom homes across various neighborhoods and resorts. In 2005, he made the decision to transition into real estate, and his career sales have since surpassed $136 million.

As a Realtor with a strong background in local design and architecture, Matt leverages his expertise to benefit clients in WaterColor, 30A, and surrounding areas. Matt collaborated closely with them and their designer, sharing his vision and insights, which ultimately transformed the house into their dream home.
