My career began managing multiple vacation rentals down at the Lake of the Ozarks for a private owner that quickly earned a reputable reputation and generated loyal returning customers After a couple extremely profitable seasons I took my creativity customer service and passion for providing an unforgettable experience to the "corporate world" and became a license real estate agent in February of 2015 Immediately after becoming a licensed Realtor I joined forces with a small upcoming Property Management company where I quickly grew their portfolio 27% in 6 short months After a year in and managing more than 2 million dollars in investor assets I made my final jump to a small residential team in St Charles County I started as a transaction coordinator where I learned the back office of the business which is the foundation of any successful real estate team After a few modifications and implementing some new systems our small team increased 68% compared to the previous year and was quickly able to become a top producing real estate team in St Charles County with only 4 agents After 4 wonderful years serving under amazing agents and leaders I decided to create a more custom experience for my buying and selling clients and Launched Kammeier Realty Group specializing in buyers sellers relocations and project management
