is born and raised both in Phoenix Arizona and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania He is the son of Beth Derdivanis a private school teacher and former leukemia survivor and Kent Derdivanis a well known and retired sportscaster Even though a fresh face to the real estate market he possesses numerous years of experience in excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard and follow through He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly maintain those relationships by communicating effectively

As a realtor his first priority is to make his clients happy He listens to his clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun easy and stress-free His clients can count on him any time of day when they have a question or concern Matt combines his love for the industry with his passion for people including his mother’s own battle with Leukemia diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) in 2017 He underwent a stem cell haploid transplant as a life saving procedure to save her leaving him determined to contribute his undeniable talents to the cause along with many others which he holds dear to the heart
