Matt "Axe" Axelson, originally from San Diego and having spent time in Los Angeles and Dallas, always envisioned returning to his roots in America’s Finest City. After relocating at the age of 14, he cultivated a deep appreciation for the ocean, basketball, skateboarding, and the vibrant local culture. In 2019, he and his wife, Kristine, established their home in San Diego, solidifying their connection to the area.

Axe's journey into real estate was inspired by his background in the entertainment industry, where he worked alongside music artists and DJs globally. His enthusiasm for securing advantageous deals for his friends and clients revealed a core passion for facilitating their success. This drive led him to delve into digital marketing and advertising, empowering independent artists to effectively manage and monetize their platforms. To this day, he remains a resource for friends seeking guidance in the industry.

In 2019, Axe transitioned from marketing to real estate, recognizing that his fascination with the market, particularly mid-century homes and investment opportunities, extended beyond mere interest. Coupled with his prior experience, he brings a positive attitude and approachable nature to his real estate endeavors.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time at local dog parks or dog beaches with his pup, Chamomile, and exploring the city with Kristine, showcasing the true essence of San Diego living.
