Matt Pridey is deeply committed to the communities of the Highway 68 corridor, the Salinas Valley, and the Monterey Peninsula. He lives in Corral De Tierra with his wife, Whitney, and has established strong connections throughout the region.

After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Grand Canyon University in 2012, Matt pursued his ambition of becoming a professional golfer on the PGA Tour. Following seven years of competitive tournament play, he transitioned into real estate, channeling his determination, commitment, and meticulous attention to detail into serving his clients.

Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys working on his wife’s family ranch in the Salinas Valley, where he tends to cattle and horses, embracing the challenges and joys of ranch life. Originally from South Dakota, he brings a foundation of Midwestern values, emphasizing integrity and honesty in all his interactions.

Matt actively participates in local nonprofit initiatives, volunteering on various committees to support successful fundraising efforts. An avid hunter and fisherman, he values the relationships he has built through golf, which have enriched his ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
