About Maurice Cossairt

Maurice has deep roots in the real estate industry, having been immersed in the field from a young age. His parents, both accomplished real estate brokers, introduced him to the business by having him assist at open houses when he was just 12 years old. Additionally, they ran a reputable real estate construction company, further enriching his understanding of the industry.

Raised on a farm near Markle, Indiana, just south of Fort Wayne, Maurice developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the land. Under the guidance of his father, he honed his skills in the construction trades, achieving the status of Master Carpenter by the age of 18, where he led teams in framing and finish carpentry. His passion for boating and the outdoors ultimately drew him to Naples and Marco Island, which he now proudly calls home.

Since 1995, Maurice has been actively involved in buying, selling, and investing in the Naples and Marco Island real estate markets. He has successfully guided numerous clients through transactions in various waterfront communities, including Marco Island, Royal Harbor, Aqualane Shores, Port Royal, The Moorings, Park Shore, Bay Colony, Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach, among others.
