Max Armand discovered his passion for real estate while attending the University of California, San Diego. By the age of 23, he had already established himself as one of California's youngest real estate brokers, achieving this milestone in 2012. Just four years later, in 2016, he launched his own firm and successfully sold over 100 units, earning the prestigious Platinum Level Excellence Award from the San Diego Association of Realtors®—a distinction that is seldom awarded to agents early in their careers.

Starting his career during an economic downturn significantly shaped Max's perspective on real estate. He began by collaborating with leading investment groups in Southern California, focusing on the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of properties in both Los Angeles and San Diego. Through underwriting the purchase and renovation of over 700 homes, he gained early insights into how strategic real estate decisions can transform lives and invigorate communities. A native of Los Angeles, Max currently resides in Morningside Park, Inglewood, where he also owns and manages a four-unit building in Leimert Park. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering and donating a portion of his commissions to the Inglewood Baseball Fund. In his free time, Max enjoys participating in national baseball tournaments, supporting Los Angeles sports teams, and traveling and golfing across the country with his wife.
