About Megan Luther

Originally hailing from northern Minnesota, this real estate professional relocated to Colorado after earning a degree in Business Administration, complemented by minors in Marketing, Psychology, and Political Science from the College of Saint Benedict and St. John’s University in St. Cloud, MN.

Her career in real estate began in Winter Park, where she served as an assistant to Parnell Quinn. Following this role, she transitioned to Denver, taking on a position as a Technical Engineer at Digitech Systems. However, her passion for Winter Park drew her back, leading her to work as an office administrator at Kingsfoot Real Estate while obtaining her real estate license. She subsequently spent four years with RE/MAX Resorts of Grand County before founding The Simple Life Real Estate Company (TSL) in 2011. TSL was established with the mission of making the real estate buying and selling process as seamless and enjoyable as possible for clients.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, she has gained valuable experience in the hospitality sector within the Winter Park/Fraser Valley area, managing notable establishments such as the Tabernash Tavern and the Club Car restaurant at the base of Mary Jane at Winter Park Ski Resort. These experiences have not only enriched her professional journey but also fostered lifelong friendships within the community.
