With a deep-seated passion for sales, marketing, and real estate, she is dedicated to serving the Carlsbad, CA community, where she has made her home. Megan excels in fostering relationships and takes immense pride in guiding clients through significant life transitions, such as buying or selling their homes.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her academic journey also took her abroad to Melbourne, Australia, where she met her husband, Andrew. This experience solidified her belief in the value of cultural exchange and the importance of stepping outside one’s comfort zone to forge meaningful connections.

Following her graduation, Megan obtained her Real Estate Sales License and began her career with KB Home in San Diego, CA. In her roles as an Inside Sales Associate and Broker Liaison, she developed a comprehensive understanding of new home construction, buyer financing, and the critical role of real estate agents. Her responsibilities initially covered San Diego but soon expanded to include Orange County and Riverside County.

Megan further honed her sales acumen in Corporate America as an Account Manager, where she engaged with public agencies across San Diego and Orange County. This experience equipped her with essential skills in cold calling, business development, and strategic thinking. Driven by her dream of owning a real estate brokerage, she obtained her Broker's License, leading to the establishment of Three Lagoons Realty.

Committed to professional growth, Megan prioritizes ongoing education and stays abreast of industry advancements. She holds certifications in Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and actively participates in webinars, seminars, and reading to enhance her knowledge and business practices.

Megan resides in Carlsbad, CA, with her husband Andrew, their sons Reid and Wesley, and their Boston Terrier, Sydney.
