Megan began her real estate career in 2007, shortly after earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary’s College in Moraga. Her initial experience was with a leading realtor in San Diego during the tumultuous period of the Great Recession. This challenging environment, marked by fluctuating lending practices and unstable property values, provided Megan with invaluable insights into the complexities of the real estate market. Her resilience and problem-solving skills were key assets during this time.

In 2010, Megan returned to the Bay Area to pursue a Master of Arts in Philosophy at San Francisco State University while continuing to work part-time in real estate. Upon earning her graduate degree in 2014, she dedicated herself fully to the industry, joining her mother, Kim McAtee, as a full-time Realtor. With a background in propositional logic, strategic analysis, and various forms of composition, Megan has developed a strong ability to communicate clearly and provide well-reasoned advice—qualities that are essential for a trusted real estate professional.

Megan's success as a Realtor is further enhanced by her organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic planning. She recognizes that each client has unique needs, and she excels at crafting tailored strategies to meet their specific real estate objectives.

As a lifelong resident of the East Bay and a third-generation Northern Californian, Megan possesses extensive knowledge of local schools and communities, particularly in the Lamorinda area and the broader San Francisco Bay region. She is an active member of the Junior League of Oakland-East Bay. Outside of her professional commitments, Megan enjoys exploring the diverse culinary offerings of the area with her husband.
