About Melanie Dye

With a career in real estate that began in 1984, this professional first served as a Listing Secretary at Cornish & Carey Realtor in Los Altos, California, eventually advancing to the role of Office Manager. She later returned to Cornish & Carey to work in their Relocation Division, where she focused on securing Corporate Executive Transfer business.

In the late 1980s, she joined an investment firm specializing in 1031 exchanges, limited partnerships, and commercial property management. By 1990, while working at McComas Properties in Half Moon Bay, she took on the dual roles of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Mr. McComas. This position involved overseeing the development of speculative homes in the Ocean Colony golf course community and other high-end residential projects, along with managing office operations and insurance administration.

She obtained her Real Estate License in 1990. After relocating to Vacaville in 1992, she joined Century 21 Creekside as a Transaction Coordinator. She later transitioned to PROgressive Real Estate, where she continued in a similar capacity while also serving as Office Manager. During this time, she successfully facilitated 100 to 150 transactions annually for the agents in those offices.

Her personal experiences in country living have enriched her professional expertise. She and her husband leased 80 acres in Portola Valley from Stanford University, where they boarded horses and hosted events. After initially renting horse property upon moving to Vacaville, they purchased a small "ranchette" in Winters in 1994.

In 1997, she shifted from an administrative role to a sales position and has remained in real estate sales ever since. While she specializes in country properties, her passion for residential sales encompasses all aspects of the market. Today, her business thrives primarily on referrals and repeat clients, reflecting her commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Solano County, California, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders use it to pitch loan products directly to agents who can refer buyers. Title companies use it to introduce settlement services. PropTech companies use it to demo software. Recruiters use it to poach productive agents for competing brokerages. Insurance providers and continuing education companies use it to stay in front of a professional audience that renews licenses on a fixed cycle.

When you buy a Solano County real estate agent email list, you are buying direct access to {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, including {{CELL_COUNT}} agents with cell phone numbers on file. That is a targeted, permission-ready audience — not a scraped mess of outdated contacts pulled from random websites.

Why Buy a Solano County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate licensing database, then cross-referenced and verified before it reaches you. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually. That discipline produces a 96% deliverability guarantee — a number most cheap list vendors cannot come close to matching because they are reselling stale data they purchased years ago and never touched since.

Dr Bill has been in the list business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to marketers, lenders, recruiters, and vendors exactly like you. This list is also available segmented by state, county, city, or zip code. No other vendor offers zip code level targeting within Solano County — that precision lets you focus your budget on the specific pockets where your offer makes the most sense.

How to Use This Solano County Agent List

The most direct application is email outreach. Load the list into a cold-email platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is built specifically for this type of B2B outreach, or any other cold-email platform that supports CSV uploads. You can also use the mailing addresses for direct mail campaigns or hand the phone numbers to a call team running outbound sequences. The data is structured so you can segment by broker versus sales agent, letting you tailor messaging to decision-makers separately from rank-and-file agents.

Beyond direct outreach, the list works well for LinkedIn audience matching, allowing you to serve paid ads to the same agents you are emailing. Running both channels simultaneously dramatically increases brand recognition and response rates compared to a single-channel push.

Why Solano County, California Agent Data Matters

Solano County covers a diverse collection of markets including Fairfield, Vallejo, Vacaville, Benicia, Dixon, and Suisun City. Each city has its own active agent community, and {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed professionals across the county represent a concentrated audience worth reaching with a specific, relevant offer.

Buying a statewide California list means paying for tens of thousands of agents who will never care about your Solano-focused offer. Local targeting keeps your cost per response low and your messaging relevant. When your product or service ties directly to Solano County activity, county-level data is the sharpest tool available.
