Gary has been a dedicated member of the Gainesville community since his arrival at the University of Florida in the early 1970s. After earning his degree, he took on the role of head wrestling coach at UF. Following the discontinuation of the wrestling program, Gary transitioned into real estate, where he has played a pivotal role in the development of several upscale neighborhoods, including Haile Plantation, Hayes Glen, Cheney Walk, and Meadows on the Prairie. Outside of his professional commitments, Gary enjoys fitness activities and beach outings.

Missie Schneider, a lifelong resident of Gainesville, has witnessed her father's real estate achievements up close. Inspired by his passion and dedication, she pursued her own career in real estate after completing her college education. Missie holds a real estate license and brings her own enthusiasm and perspective to the team. In her spare time, she participates in marathons and triathlons, as well as hunting and fishing. She serves as President of the local Children’s Home Society and the National Wild Turkey Federation, and is actively involved with organizations such as STOP Children’s Cancer, the Boys & Girls Club, and the Builders Association.
