About Melodye Irey

Melodye has been a dedicated real estate professional in Florida since 2003. In 2005, she co-founded Sunburst Realty Group Inc., and together with her partner, they are committed to serving clients in the northeastern region of the state, often referred to by locals as the "quiet side of Florida."

Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Melodye relocated to Palm Coast in 2003, drawn by its resemblance to her childhood home in Maryland and Virginia, but with the added benefit of significantly less traffic. After a decade of visiting the area, she recognized Palm Coast as her ideal home. The region's abundant greenery and proximity to the ocean create a vacation-like atmosphere, especially when she crosses the bridge to Flagler Beach.

As a member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors, Melodye has actively contributed to the Realtor Communication Committee and the Property Management Committee.
