A resident of Muncie since 1965, Merry has deep roots in the community. She is married to Bob Schwindt and is a graduate of Northwestern High School in Kokomo, Indiana. She furthered her education at Ball State University and has built a distinguished career in real estate.

With nearly 16 years of experience in real estate sales, Merry holds the GRI designation and is an active member of the local board of Realtors, where she has served as a director, officer, and president for seven years. Her commitment to the industry is reflected in her involvement with various board committees over the past 16 years.
