Mike Butler first encountered the Texas Hill Country while attending the University of Texas, where he developed a passion for the region. In the 1980s, he began investing in local real estate, laying the groundwork for a successful career. From 2001 to 2003, he collaborated with Westway Custom Builders, gaining essential experience in constructing custom homes in Horseshoe Bay, which enhanced his ability to assist clients with their real estate needs.

In 2004, Mike transitioned to a role with the developer of Horseshoe Bay, further solidifying his expertise in the area. His commitment to excellence has made him a multi-million-dollar producer and a founding member of Escondido, a private lakeside golf preserve. He actively enjoys the amenities offered at Horseshoe Bay Resort and has a vested interest in the Jack Nicklaus Summit Rock development.
