Michael was born and raised in Stockton and attended local schools He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Idaho and currently works as the President of Grupe Real Estate In addition to his management duties he is a highly productive agent who has successfully closed hundreds of transactions He is married and has two school age daughters \n\nMichael has a long record of leadership in numerous local community and business organizations including as a former member of the Stockton City Council past President of the Central Valley Association of REALTORS past President of the Rotary Club of Stockton former Director of the California Association of REALTORS past President of the School Board of First Baptist Christian School and as past President of the Stockton Junior Chamber of Commerce He has also served as the Master of Ceremonies for the Stocktonian of the Year banquet for the past five years Michael is currently serving as the co-leader of the North Stockton 4-H President of the Stockton DADS Club Chairman of the Stockton Council of the Central Valley Association of REALTORS and as Treasurer and Vice-Moderator of First Baptist Church of Stockton \n\nMichael was named the 2015 Stockton REALTOR of the Year by the Central Valley Association of REALTORS and has been a perennial member of the CVAR and LAR Masters Clubs When not working Michael is an avid runner and enjoys spending quality time with his family
