Mike became a licensed Realtor in California in 2002, operating primarily in Long Beach. After relocating to Crystal River, he dedicated six years to serving as a small business consultant in Citrus County with the Florida Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida. During this time, he earned a Marketing Strategy Certificate from e-Cornell University.

In 2016, Mike joined RE/MAX and partnered with Kim DeVane, contributing significantly to the growth of their real estate practice. Both Mike and Kim are active members of Tom Ferry International, the leading real estate coaching program globally, which equips them with the latest strategies to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Deeply committed to his local community, Mike believes that positive change begins at the grassroots level. He takes pride in his role as President of the Community Food Bank of Citrus County and has previously served as a board member for Citrus County Blessings, reflecting his dedication to strengthening the community he serves.
