About Michael Linnemann

Michael E. Linnemann serves as the President and Broker of Linnemann Realty. Originally from California, he has embraced Texas as his home since relocating to Austin for high school. He later pursued higher education at the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance in 1988. Michael obtained his Realtor's License in 1993 and advanced to secure his Broker's License in 1998, accumulating over two decades of experience in the Central Texas real estate market. He is an active member of the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors, having held the position of President in 2016. Additionally, he contributes as a Director for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce and has previously served as President of the Central Texas Homebuilder's Association.

Michael's expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions; in 1998, he founded IDC Construction, focusing on residential land development and construction. Over the next nine years, he successfully developed numerous multi-family and custom homes across Central Texas under the brands IDC Construction, Breezeway Homes, and Legacy Homes. He divested his interest in the homebuilding company in April 2007.

With a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape, Michael remains actively engaged with clients while pursuing various business ventures. He resides in Belton with his wife, Priscilla, and their two children, Gabriel and Ava.
