About Michael Thomas

Mike Thomas has been a resident and professional in the Lake Wateree area for over 40 years. His family settled on Westshore Drive when he was just five, where he spent his childhood engaged in activities such as fishing, gardening, and lawn care. At the age of 14, his parents acquired the Longtown Store, marking a significant shift in his early life.

After completing high school, Mike pursued further education at a technical school. With the support of his parents, he co-founded The Windmill Restaurant at 18. This venture proved to be both challenging and fulfilling, and it was here that he met his wife and business partner, Vicki.

After 22 years in the restaurant business, Mike sought new opportunities and briefly explored various career paths, including working for others. However, he ultimately discovered his passion for real estate, which has since become his primary focus.

Since 2000, Mike has built a successful career in real estate at Lake Wateree and remains actively involved with the Kershaw County Board of REALTORS®. He obtained his broker's license in 2005 and continually seeks to enhance the services he offers to his clients.
