About Michael Mulkey

Mike, a lifelong resident of the Triad area, returned to central North Carolina in 2010 after spending several years in Williamsburg, Virginia. He and his wife, Brandy, chose to settle in this historic town following his graduation from East Carolina University, where he earned a degree in Management and Business.

In Williamsburg, Mike embarked on a career in hospitality management, overseeing operations at various hotels and resorts, while Brandy began her journey as an educator. As they anticipated the arrival of their first child, the couple sought opportunities to return to North Carolina to be closer to family. Just three days after welcoming their son, Wesley, Mike accepted the role of General Manager at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Greensboro, NC.

With a strong connection to his roots, Mike transitioned into real estate, driven by a desire to help others find their ideal homes. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he is particularly passionate about assisting fellow veterans, leveraging his knowledge of Veterans Affairs Loans and the challenges military families face when reintegrating into civilian life.

Having traveled extensively across China, Korea, Japan, Puerto Rico, and various regions of the United States, Mike understands the significance of establishing a home. His early achievements include attaining the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 527 in Asheboro, NC, which fostered his enduring appreciation for the outdoors, including activities like camping, hiking, kayaking, and cycling.

Now deeply embedded in the greater Triad area, Mike possesses a comprehensive understanding of the unique characteristics of each community. He prioritizes the individual needs of families, ensuring a tailored approach to buying or selling homes.
