About Michael Nugent

I have enjoyed real estate throughout my life and have been active in real estate as a property manager and investor since 2008 In 2015 I decided to further pursue this passion for real estate and became a licensed REALTOR® Since then I have helped friends and family purchase and sell their homes in Baltimore City and Harford County Maryland among other areas During this time I have also significantly increased my property management business At the end of 2019 and after a long and successful Sales and Marketing career in the medical device industry I made the decision to focus completely on Real Estate at the end of 2019

In addition to my passion for real estate and desire to help my customers with these critical real estate decisions I also bring over 20 years of business leadership in sales and marketing to my career as a REALTOR® Using the skills I have developed over these years in addition to my educational background I will help my clients better understand and successfully navigate the real estate process whether buying or selling for the first time or several times over

I live in South Baltimore and I enjoy community development and supporting a variety of local organizations such as Health Care for the Homeless St Vincent DePaul and Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership My other passion is for my 2 dogs my family and supporting organizations like Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) I remain active in several trade organizations and have been Vice-President and Treasurer of my neighborhood Homeowners Association for the past several years I hold a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences from Niagara University and a Master of Business Administration from Robert H Smith School of Business University of Maryland College Park
