Beginning his career at the age of 18 in Northern New Jersey, just outside New York City, he initially worked as a rental agent before advancing to manage a successful Century 21 franchise. After visiting family in Wilmington, he made the decision to relocate, a choice that has since been validated by the many friends and family members who have followed suit, underscoring Wilmington’s appeal as a desirable place to live and work.

His commitment to the local real estate community is reflected in his active participation in various committees for the Wilmington Association of Realtors, including government affairs, long-term planning, and candidate selection. He has also played a significant role in promoting affordable housing, serving as co-chair for the last two Affordable Housing Summit & Expos. Currently, he is involved in developing new entry-level homes in Brunswick County.

His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of real estate sectors, including residential properties, fine homes and estates, entry-level homes with special financing, investment properties, tax-deferred exchanges, land development, and office and retail spaces for sale or lease. Additionally, he has been a personal investor in real estate for over 20 years, managing several rental properties and actively engaging in property rehabilitation. As a founding member and former Vice President of the Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (CCREIA), he is deeply committed to the local real estate investment community.
