About Michael Rose

Michael P. Rose brings over 26 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate sector, encompassing sales, leasing, acquisitions, appraisals, development, finance, management consulting, and litigation support. Following a brief tenure with the Washington Redskins organization, he joined the Coakley team, where he quickly established himself as one of the firm's leading producers. In May 1995, he was appointed sales manager, a role in which he not only excelled in sales but also supervised a team of over twenty agents.

In March 1998, Mr. Rose stepped down from the sales manager position to focus on expanding his brokerage operations. He holds real estate licenses in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Additionally, he is recognized as a qualified expert witness, having contributed to numerous cases involving real property marketing, legal matters, and valuation.

Mr. Rose earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from The American University. He is an active member of both the National and Montgomery County Associations of Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors for Stepping Stones Shelter in Rockville, MD, since 2000. His commitment to community service is further demonstrated through his involvement with St. Raphael Catholic Church and School, where he has participated in strategic planning, fundraising, and various social initiatives.
