About Michael Parkinson

Michael H. Parkinson, a seasoned real estate professional, hails from Midland, Michigan. He graduated from high school in 1970 and pursued higher education in Lansing, Michigan. During a vacation in Miami in 1971, he met his future wife, who was graduating from college that same year. The couple married in her hometown of Mooresville, North Carolina, in 1972.

Michael dedicated two decades to Dade Paper Company, a prominent independent paper supplier in South Florida, established in 1939 by brothers Irving and Saul Genet. By 1994, he had successfully opened new territories for the company, focusing on the Stuart, Fort Pierce, and Vero Beach areas. His commitment to exceptional customer service allowed him to build lasting relationships with clients, including hospitals, restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. Remarkably, he retained many of his customers for over 15 years, serving prestigious accounts such as Martin Memorial Hospital, Jupiter Island Club, and the Florida Turnpike.

In the early 1980s, Michael, his wife, and their two daughters began vacationing frequently in Boone, North Carolina, spending four to six weeks each year in the area. Their affection for Boone and the Blue Ridge Parkway led them to purchase a second home in 1988, and they made the move to the region full-time in October 1994. Michael contributed to the community by co-managing the Original Mast General Store in Valle Crucis for five years. During this time, he also volunteered as a board member for the Valle Crucis Community Park, where he engaged local business owners for donations for the annual park auction. This experience rekindled his passion for personal interactions and outside sales.

In 1999, Michael obtained his real estate broker’s license, marking the beginning of a successful career in real estate. He prioritizes customer service, treating clients with fairness and honesty, and is dedicated to providing assistance to the best of his ability.

As a full-time Realtor and Broker, Michael is among the top 10 percent of the 700 Realtors in the area, exemplifying the 80/20 rule in real estate.

Businesses that depend on reaching active real estate professionals in the North Carolina High Country turn to this list for direct, reliable access. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use it to get in front of agents who are closing deals right now. PropTech companies, continuing education providers, and real estate recruiters also rely on it to run targeted campaigns without wasting budget on unverified or outdated contacts.

When you buy Watauga County real estate agent email list data from Dr Bill, you are not guessing about who you are reaching. Every contact is an actively licensed agent with a verified email address. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents in the county and {{CELL_COUNT}} records that include cell phone numbers, this list gives you the reach and depth to run meaningful outreach campaigns across multiple channels.

Why Buy a Watauga County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and verified against active licensing data. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually. That discipline behind the data is why Dr Bill guarantees 96% deliverability — a number cheap list vendors cannot come close to matching because they are recycling stale data from aggregators.

Dr Bill has been in business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to companies that need data they can actually use. Bargain alternatives often include expired licenses, role-based addresses, and contacts who left the industry years ago. The difference shows up immediately in your bounce rates and campaign performance.

How to Use This Watauga County Agent List

The most common use is email outreach through cold-email platforms designed for high-volume B2B prospecting. Zap Contact at zapcontact.com is built specifically for this kind of campaign and integrates cleanly with the file format this list is delivered in. You can also use the data for direct mail, SMS campaigns using the cell phone numbers, or LinkedIn audience matching to layer in display and retargeting.

The list lets you segment by broker versus sales agent, so you can tailor messaging based on role and decision-making authority. Brokers respond to different value propositions than individual agents, and hitting both groups with the same message leaves money on the table. Proper segmentation from the start makes every campaign more efficient.

Why Watauga County, North Carolina Agent Data Matters

Watauga County covers the Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk markets — a distinct regional economy where agents operate very differently from those in Charlotte or Raleigh. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents in the county, local targeting lets you speak directly to the competitive and professional reality these agents face every day rather than blasting a generic statewide message.

No other vendor segments this list down to the zip code level within Watauga County. That precision matters when your offer is relevant to agents in one town but not another. State-level lists dilute your message and inflate your cost per response. Watauga County-specific data keeps your campaign tight, relevant, and effective.
