I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1975 After earning a BBA at Temple University I began my real estate career in Pennsylvania Holding a Real Estate Broker’s License in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey I decided to continue my career in Avalon New Jersey in 1991

Since 1991 I have been active in the Cape May County area specifically along the coast in the resort market I have been fortunate enough to develop long productive real estate relationships with sellers buyers and property developers Additionally I have handled the management of many property owners’ rentals
