Michele Kersey has been a resident of Big Bear Valley for over 17 years. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, she was captivated by the breathtaking views of the San Bernardino Mountains and the unique seasonal changes that mountain life offers. Michele quickly embraced the close-knit atmosphere of Big Bear Valley and has become an integral part of the community she now proudly calls home.

Throughout her real estate career, Michele has focused on supporting team leaders and brokers in developing their businesses and enhancing their brands. She founded a Real Estate School, providing free educational resources to the community. Currently, she serves as the Secretary of the Big Bear Association of Realtors and has established the inaugural Big Bear Diversity and Fair Housing Committee. Additionally, she participates in various committees that advocate for the rights and protection of resort property owners.

Michele is also actively involved in volunteer work with BARC, an organization dedicated to finding homes for dogs and raising funds for local initiatives. As an award-winning and top-producing Realtor, she is committed to connecting buyers and sellers while fostering lasting relationships with her clients.

Michele holds a degree in Political Science with a Pre-Law emphasis from California State University, Los Angeles. In her personal life, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, Matt, and their two children, Mason and Anika. A devoted Los Angeles Dodgers fan, Michele has a playful side—she enjoys fast driving, has watched "Rocky" numerous times, and considers tacos to be the ultimate meal.
