This early passion led her to join the Mammoth Mountain Ski Team, where she honed a competitive spirit that now serves her well in her real estate career. She embarked on her real estate career in 1991, a period marked by challenges in the market. However, this allowed her to focus on networking and mastering effective marketing techniques. During this time, she also dedicated herself to coaching local youth in skiing at Mammoth Mountain.

Initially, Michele worked with a prominent real estate firm in Mammoth Lakes, where she quickly distinguished herself as a "Top Producer," ranking among the top five in the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors. Her achievements include being inducted into the exclusive "Hall of Fame" and consistently ranking in the top 250 nationally and internationally.

Now with Mammoth Village Properties, Michele brings a robust client base, with 95% of her business stemming from referrals. Her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Mammoth Lakes area, as well as the broader Eastern Sierra region—including Bishop and June Lake—enable her to assist both locals and second homeowners in finding their ideal properties.
