Michele and her husband, Tony, have shared a successful partnership in both marriage and business for over 29 years. This success enabled them to sell their restaurant, relocate to Florida, and build a custom home along the Gulf of Mexico. After several years and multiple visits to North Carolina, they decided to downsize, ultimately choosing Cary and then Clayton as their new home.

Throughout her numerous relocations—from New York to Connecticut, Florida, and finally North Carolina—Michele has honed her skills in navigating the moving process. Her background in interior decorating and certification in home staging have further enriched her understanding of the real estate landscape, positioning her as a relocation expert for her clients.

Michele has also traveled extensively, training thousands of entrepreneurs on establishing and maintaining their online business presence. Michele's life experiences have shaped her advocacy for the traumatic brain injury (TBI) community following her stepson's accident. She founded a support chapter in her hometown and testified at the state capital to promote the rights of individuals with disabilities.
