Trey joined the team in 2017, transitioning from a successful role as the head tennis coach at Florida Southern College. Initially, the team's focus was primarily on property management, which remains a significant aspect of their business. With the addition of team member Kelsey, who specializes in rentals, Michelle and Trey can dedicate more time to assisting buyers and sellers.

On a personal note, both Michelle and Trey are lifelong residents of Polk County, where they have enjoyed the area's lakes, attractions, and favorable climate. They met in Babson Park, one of the county's quaintest communities, and were married at a local church in 2000. Their family grew in 2002 with the arrival of their daughter, Brianna, who brings energy and enthusiasm to their lives. Brianna has developed a passion for horses, which influences much of her activities.
