Michelle possesses over a decade of expertise in public service, where she played a pivotal role in managing grant development, service planning, GIS, and both capital and operating budgets. As the Planning Manager at Omnitrans, the regional public transit authority in the San Bernardino Valley, she was instrumental in strategizing the acquisition and replacement cycles for capital improvements and collaborating with various governmental and service-oriented organizations.

Transitioning from the public sector to real estate, Michelle began her career by focusing on new home sales before expanding her expertise to include resale, distressed, and bank-owned properties in the Inland Empire and High Desert regions of Southern California. Over the past five years, her team of real estate professionals has achieved remarkable success, selling over $200 million in homes.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning, complemented by a minor in Public Administration, from Cal Poly Pomona.
