About Michelle Keck

Originally hailing from the Bay Area, this real estate professional relocated to Pollock Pines at the age of seven. Living in close proximity to Lake Tahoe fostered a deep appreciation for the outdoors. With a background steeped in the construction industry, she gained hands-on experience by assisting her father in building their first family home, spending countless hours on various job sites. Her family is rich in construction expertise, including her father, two brothers, and husband.

Before embarking on her real estate journey, she worked as a massage therapist for Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line, which provided her with extensive travel opportunities. In 1993, she married her husband, and in 1997, they moved to Tahoe to embrace snowboarding and the region's abundant outdoor activities. They welcomed their son in South Lake Tahoe.

In her leisure time, she pursues her passion for outrigger canoe racing as a member of the Tahoe Outrigger Kawai ’Ulu ‘O Tahoe Outrigger Canoe Club on the South Shore. Additionally, she enjoys paddleboarding, running, hiking, camping, backpacking, and exploring architecture, all while cherishing moments with her family.

Her real estate career commenced in 2003 when she obtained her California and Nevada Salesperson licenses, followed by her California Broker's license in early 2016. She served four years as a director for the South Tahoe Association of Realtors and earned the prestigious CRS designation in 2004, a distinction held by only 3% of Realtors nationwide. Her commitment to her clients is unwavering; she strives to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships, often treating clients as if they were family. This approach has established her reputation as a hardworking, caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy agent. Her success is largely attributed to a robust base of repeat and referral clients, supported by her strong negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills, which facilitate a smooth and seamless home buying or selling process.
