Miguel Maria, originally from Colombia, relocated to the United States in 2001 at the age of 20, driven by aspirations for a brighter future. He began his career in a cafeteria at a Miami hotel but soon recognized the burgeoning construction market in 2002. This insight led him to seek opportunities in real estate, where he secured a position with investors focused on acquiring, renovating, and selling single-family homes in the Tampa Bay area.

Miguel quickly developed a deep passion for the real estate sector, learning extensively from the investors who mentored him. Their guidance enabled him to manage nearly 200 properties across the Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Jacksonville metropolitan areas. He also pursued certification as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, eventually establishing his own appraisal practice.

His dedication to helping families realize their homeownership dreams propelled him to become a Sales Associate and subsequently a Top Producer Broker. During his tenure at Weichert Realtors – Best Beach, he earned the highest sales award for four consecutive years. He later joined Century 21 KoRes, where he was recognized as the top agent in both sales and transaction volume for three years running.

Currently, Miguel is part of the Keller Williams family, leading a growing team of four dedicated professionals. He is committed to enhancing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Miguel possesses strong negotiation skills, which have earned him the MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) designation and the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) certification.
