After his parents met in San Clemente, they settled there following a decade of relocations due to his father's service in the Marine Corps. He obtained his real estate license at 18 and began his career at 24, amassing over 33 years of experience in the industry. He is married to Diane, with whom he shares two sons aged 23 and 25, and they are accompanied by two large German Shepherds.

Specializing in residential real estate sales, leasing, and management, he has navigated a wide array of transactions, including short sales and repossessions. His extensive portfolio also includes numerous commercial sales and leases. As the Broker and President of Lantern Bay Realty in Dana Point, California, he serves clients throughout Orange County and northern San Diego County.
