In 2002, Ronnie Poole sought assistance in managing his office and turned to a friend for a recommendation, leading to Mindy’s recruitment. A graduate of Suwannee High School and a lifelong resident of Suwannee County, Mindy was delighted to receive the call. “I came and never left!” she recalls with a smile. “Mr. Poole never asked me to leave, so I just stayed.” Since joining the team, Mindy has found her role to be incredibly rewarding, stating, “It’s been an amazing experience. Mindy earned her Realtor’s license in 2014, a significant step following the decision of Jane Wilcox, a seasoned REO Specialist Realtor/Consultant, to transition into partial retirement and embrace a more leisurely lifestyle. During their time together at Poole Realty, Mindy learned extensively about foreclosures under Jane's mentorship. Jane has since affirmed that Mindy is well-equipped to manage these complex transactions.

Mindy acknowledges the depth of knowledge she has gained from Jane but recognizes that the learning process is ongoing, especially as regulations evolve.
