Mollie Whipp brings a unique blend of integrity, creativity, and composure to every real estate transaction. A resident of the San Mateo County coast since 1988, Mollie has a diverse background in the performing arts, having worked as a professional actor on Broadway, in film and television, as well as on local stages throughout the Bay Area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University and a Master of Fine Arts from the American Conservatory Theater.

Before joining Coldwell Banker in Half Moon Bay, Mollie served as a commercial property manager at Premier Property Management in downtown Palo Alto, where she successfully managed a substantial commercial portfolio. Outside of her professional endeavors, Mollie enjoys yoga, meditation, mountain biking, gardening, and spending time with her dog, Reggie.

Mollie is also a co-founder and advisory board member of the Half Moon Bay Shakespeare Company, established in 2012, which focuses on providing live outdoor theater performances and educational outreach to the coastal communities of San Mateo County.
