Encouraged by her husband, Mike, who recognized her dedication and work ethic, Monica embarked on her real estate career, confident in her potential for success.

After completing a rigorous six-month mentorship program, Monica was invited to join the team of her brokerage's top agent, which provided her with immediate exposure to high-stakes real estate transactions. This experience instilled in her two fundamental principles: prioritizing client needs and recognizing that every challenge has a solution. Outside of her professional endeavors, Monica enjoys quality time with her expanding family and competes in tennis. A resident of Yorba Linda since 1995, she is actively engaged in her community, further solidifying her local connections.
