Before entering the real estate sector, Monica co-owned and managed a termite and roofing company in Morro Bay, as well as a local family-owned fire alarm business. She also held the position of president of the North Coast Contractor's Association for several years. Outside of her professional endeavors, Monica is a devoted mother to two grown children and a grandmother to four. She enjoys a variety of activities, including traveling, hiking, scuba diving, running, weight training, spinning, reading, and volunteering for numerous charitable organizations. One of her passions is CASA (Court Appointed Advocates for Children), reflecting her belief in the importance of maintaining balance across physical, spiritual, emotional, and professional realms.
