Originally from London, England, she earned her LL.B. from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was called to the Bar as a Barrister in 1982. With aspirations for a legal career in the United States, Monica pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Columbia Law School. She subsequently practiced litigation in New York City with two prestigious international law firms, ultimately becoming a partner at Lord Day & Lord Barrett Smith and later at Morgan Lewis & Bockius. In 1995, after a successful 14-year legal career, she transitioned to Wilmington, NC, where she obtained her North Carolina law license in 1996, which she maintains to support her real estate clientele.

Monica specializes in homes across all price ranges, with a particular focus on assisting buyers relocating to Southeastern North Carolina.
