Monika, originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, relocated to the United States in 2005 after completing her Bachelor's degree in Art and Graphic Design. Prior to her move, she managed her family's souvenir and antique shop in Sofia's oldest mall, where she frequently interacted with high-profile figures, including prime ministers and diplomats. This experience honed her communication and sales abilities, fueling her passion for travel and exploration.

The transition to life in the United States presented challenges, yet Monika's determination saw her through. She made several stops before settling in South Florida, where she dedicated herself to mastering the English language, ultimately achieving fluency.

In 2009, Monika earned her real estate license and has since distinguished herself in the industry. She is an active mentor and community volunteer, holding membership in the National Association of Realtors as well as the Broward Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. A graduate of the Leadership Academy at the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors, Monika played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration within her cohort. In 2013, she chaired the Young Professional Network Committee for her local association, later serving as Co-Chair.
