Monique's journey in real estate began at a young age when she started investing and became a landlord. Her interest deepened as she ventured into commercial shopping centers and apartment buildings. She holds a college degree in Real Estate and began her career as an agent in 2021, motivated to expand her expertise. Additionally, she obtained broker licenses in both California and Utah. Her long-standing affection for Park City, where she has owned a second home in Deer Valley, led her to join Berkshire Hathaway as a Broker Associate, focusing on the Wasatch Back market. She is enthusiastic about marketing mountain vacation homes in the greater Park City area to her luxury clientele in Southern California.

In parallel with her Utah endeavors, Monique has established a successful real estate business in the Southern California coastal market, where she has closed numerous luxury home transactions. Prior to launching her own real estate group as an owner-broker, she spent five years with First Team Real Estate and Christie International.

While balancing her career and family life, Monique pursued various classes and certifications in real estate software, web design, photography, accounting, landscaping, interior design, and fashion design, all of which enhance her real estate practice. Her guiding principle is to “Learn from the past and move forward; strive to learn something new every day, maintain a positive outlook, and treat others with care and honesty.”
