Morgan Thomas embarked on his real estate journey in 2001 in San Francisco, initially focusing on office leasing and investment sales. Following this success, he transitioned to Kidder Mathews in 2009, attaining the role of First Vice President and continuing his track record as a leading producer.

In 2014, Morgan returned to Pacific Union, which was acquired by Compass in 2018, where he continues to excel as a top producer. Over the past 18 years, he has consistently led the San Francisco market in the sales of both apartment and commercial properties, averaging approximately $50 million in sales volume annually.

Morgan's impressive portfolio includes the sale of over 1 million square feet of apartment and commercial units, with a total sales volume surpassing $500 million. He has successfully navigated complex real estate challenges, including the sale of 127 townhomes in San Mateo, 20,000 acres of timberland in Humboldt County, and the headquarters on Market Street to the Red Cross. His adept handling of these transactions resulted in significant profits for the respective estates.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Denver. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, he is actively involved with the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the San Francisco Apartment House Group, and the San Francisco Apartment Association.
