About Mynor Herrera

Mynor Herrera embarked on his real estate career in 1999, acquiring a condominium in downtown Bethesda at the age of 24. By the time he reached 30, he had expanded his portfolio to include two rental properties in Ocean City, Maryland. In 2005, Mynor graduated at the top of his class from the Weichert Real Estate Academy, quickly establishing himself in the industry. Within six weeks of obtaining his license, he sold his first home, and by his second year, he achieved the distinction of being the top agent in his Bethesda office, generating $10 million in sales.

In 2011, Mynor became a founding partner at Keller Williams Capital Properties’ Bethesda-Chevy Chase office, where he is currently recognized as one of the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Driven by a vision of cultivating a high-performing real estate team, he established Mynor & Associates. While the team excels in production, its members prioritize building meaningful relationships with their clients.

Mynor's accolades include recognition as one of the Nation’s Top 250 Realtors by NAHREP and being named one of Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Teams. A native of Washington, D.C., Mynor graduated from DeMatha High School in 1992 and earned his degree from American University in 1996. He is also a proud inductee into the DeMatha Hall of Fame as a National Prep Champion wrestler, an active triathlete, and a former Olympic Torchbearer. Currently, Mynor resides in Silver Spring, Maryland, with his wife, Ina, and their two sons, Espen and Enrique, whom he coaches in wrestling.
